Personalized letters of invitation

Personalized Letters of Invitation are provided upon request to:
  • International participants accepted to appear on the formal program and in need of letter of invitation for visa documents; and/or
  • All participants in need of a personalized letter to help secure travel funding.

If you are in need of a personalized letter of invitation, please complete the request form after having registered. Verified forms will be processed within a week. All letters are sent via e-mail attachment.
